‘I Am Aliveness Longing For Itself’

intention was to nourish my own creative self and to generate capacity and presence for when I am with my children. 

This unfolded very differently to what I had expected. I did 10 days of painting and they were all done after the kids were asleep, generally between 9pm and midnight. This was really tiring! I didn’t directly generate more energy that day, at all, but a different part of myself needed to do it. I’m still exploring this… And I did, I did it!
